Precision and Warmth on the Seafront

This project, developed by Angel Martin Studio in collaboration with the construction company Consfutur, is based on a transformation: converting a former commercial space into two unified homes right on the seafront. The challenge was to make the facade stop looking like a commercial ground floor and instead read as domestic architecture, with character, coherence, and honest materials.

Everything is custom-designed: from the kitchen to the cabinets, the built-in sofa, tables, and headboards. We used natural materials like stone and oak, aiming for warmth, continuity, and a clear identity. The textured facade is repeated in the patios and common areas to maintain a coherent reading.

We incorporated local handcrafted pieces to give the project soul. It is a restrained, sober, and precise intervention, where every detail is thoughtfully designed to last and be lived in calmly.
