Turnkey project for this penthouse located in front of the bay of Palma de Mallorca, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and a 150 m2 terrace, this three-bedroom flat combines natural stone and oak to unify spaces. The refurbishment was comprehensive: corridors and nooks and crannies were eliminated, the living room, dining room and kitchen were unified into a large central room facing the sea and the studio’s designs, made by local carpenters and marble workers, were mixed with other iconic designs by Achille Castiglioni, Vibia, Flos and Brokis. Only Huguet’s terrazzo and the iroko wood of the outdoor table break the harmony of sand, white, cream and natural wood colours of this luminous house next to the sea.
